Hello!

I combined a few new pieces with old ones, because I was so excited to wear my Jack Daniels top and the new black blouse I got the other day when me and my mom went to The Bazaar. The blouse feels very funny, it looks like fake leather but when you feel the fabric it's almost like a little waterfall in your hands? I don't know haha!

Yummy Cupcakes

Today I baked these delicious, super easy cupcakes! I thought it'd be fun to share it with you.

What you need
- Culi Bake All-In-One Kit (vanilla, raspberry or chocolate)
- 400 g whipped cream
- 150 g butter
- 3 eggs
- a mixing bowl
- a mixer
- to decorate the cupcakes you can use the included deco pearls or buy other ones in the store!


Now lets get to the cupcakes!

Step 1: Get the baking cups out of the box and place them on your baking plate. Pre-heat the oven for circa 10 minutes at a temperature of 160°C.

Step 2: Put the cakemix, the 3 eggs and the 150 g of butter in a bowl and mix it. Do this for 1 minute til it has become a smooth dough. 

Step 3: With the help of two tablespoons, put the dough in the baking cups.
Step 4: Time to put your cupcakes in the oven!
           Convection oven: circa 160°C. - 25 minutes
           Electric furnace:  circa 180°C. - 25 minutes

Preparing the topping

Step 5: Put the 400 g of whipped cream in a bowl and mix it with your mixer for about 30 seconds.
Step 6: Add the toppingmix to the whipped cream and keep mixing until it's a stiff creamy mass.
Step 7: When your cupcakes are ready, get them out of the oven and let them cool off for a while.
Step 8: Evenly divide the topping on the cupcakes and decorate however you like!

And here they are, ready to be served and eaten :)

HAPPY 17th BIRTHDAY

It was my birthday yesterday, Feb 10, and I turned seventeen!
At 0:00 exactly my mom surprised me downstairs with this heart made out of candles, and you have no idea how much I like candles. My boyfriend was there too and they both wished me a happy birthday. We then watched tv together for a while and my boyfriend and I went to watch a movie in bed.
In the morning I got ready and had breakfast, which included the Mocha cake, but hey it's my birthday so everything is allowed :)
At noon me and the boy went to town again, just to spend some time together. The weather was just fine, it was windy but the sun was shining.
Overall I had a great day, did nothing super special, but that'll be saved for next year when I turn eighteen!

Out & About

Hello there,

On February 9th the boyfriend and I decided to go to town, even though it was freezing cold. We had a good time and I got some nice accessories as well!

I'm surprised how active my boyfriend is with helping me shop compared to other men. I often see them standing in a corner of the store with bags of other shops surrounding them, typing furiously on their phones to kill time until the girl finally returns so that they can go to the counter to pay.

So yeah, this is pretty  much it I think. Birthday post is coming up!

PS. I want to apologize for not blogging much lately, I haven't been feeling well and stress + lack of sleep made it all worse. Sometimes I have to take a step back and take the time to relax. I will try my best to keep up some kind of blogging schedule from now on!

Because it's winter I'm constantly on the hunt for any beanies. I was never the girl that would wear stuff on her head, but that changed rapidly this winter. I decided that I'm not going to 'torture' myself anymore by not wearing any headwear, just for the fear of other people's opinions. Beanies actually look pretty neat on me! Oh these little personal achievements may seem stupid but they mean so much to me :3

The Script T-Shirt and The Script #3 dog tag I bought at the merchandise stand at the concert! You can also buy The Script merchandise here. 

They didn't have the girls tee anymore, it sold out so quickly :( I still wanted a shirt so I had to buy a men's M size. It looks neat when tucked in shorts or jeans, I'm just not sure about the sleeves yet, because they're a little too wide for my girly arms haha! Maybe I will cut them off.
I'm in deep love with the dog tag, it just looks amazing and the material is really good.

The Script @ Ziggodome Amsterdam

Waiting outside with the other 16.998 people outside, woo! It was cold out but because everyone was standing so close to each other in this massive crowd, it actually got warm, haha!

From the moment we walked into Ziggodome, til' I said down on my seat, I was so amazed by how big it was. And all the people! We had an amazing view, even though we were not close to Danny and the others. There was a moment when he walked into the standing crowd, we got a little bit jealous there because HELLO.

Everyone was singing along to all of the songs, everyone was so enthusiastic.

Danny was really good performing live, his voice was amazing and sounded exactly like what you hear on the  recorded songs.

It made me feel so warm inside to see the guys, especially Danny, smiling because they were so happy and proud of themselves of what they accomplished in just a few years. "You cannot believe what I am seeing right now, from this stage." said Danny.

This was the 3rd time they performed for so many people, I'm so happy for them! It really touched my heart seeing Danny and the others so emotional <3

Overall it was an amazing concert! We had a great time and I'll definitely go see them again next time when they're in Holland!
